Reiki:A holistic healing process which uses universal life force energy to restore balance to the body. Restoring balance puts the body back into a state of ease and health. You do not need to undress for this therapy.

The controlled application of pressure on specific points of the feet in order to provide stimulation which will enhance the energy and vitality to the associated organs and organ systems of the body.
